Now I know where Tenth of the Fraser stands politically which is based on access to individuals and imagination of future performance. And whats that about civic transparency ? The city is as transparent as intergalactic space ! Just need to look through the peep hole ! This is a matter of finances. The waste that has occurred under the current board takes funds away form these activities. Waste includes: building then removing a parking lot at McBride, fines and defense costs for Worksafe BC violations on asbestos removal, rental cost for the board office because the office which had just been renovated was torn down, waste in start-up of the business company. Compared to 2005, first Advance was 182 and the second was 297 for a total of 479 and the total for both days in 2002 was 364.
