Now that the candidates are answering questions from the public, there is an exciting side show in the back of the auditorium

Complex ongoing negotiations are taking place at the party table. Reps from each campaign are eagerly debating what questions their candidates will debate. Along with the event organizers, they hold up questions and statements from the folks here at Douglas, anxiously horse trading with their counterparts. Somehow, the vetted questions make it down to the moderator.
