Anyone see that 801 Columbia is being resold by the city after expropriating the property last year. Is any commercial property in New Westminster safe anymore. Property can be expropriated and sold at the whim of council but they can’t save our theatre locations. Am I wrong or is something out of control in our fair city. I hear they are working on a 7.6% tax gotta pay for all these new things somehow.
