Just a quick note for our readers who may be new mums: Thank You Mommy Wellness is presenting a special workshop for new moms and moms-to-be this Friday, July 16:  “3 Common Mistakes New Moms Make That Keep Them From Fitting Into Their Pre-pregnancy Clothes.” Tickets are $15, but get in free if you mention that you heard about it on Tenth to the Fraser!

At the event, you will learn:

  • the easiest and safest way you can lose the baby weight quickly and forever
  • how your metabolism has been keeping your weight on and how to overcome it
  • the single most important person that is impeding your weight loss goals

The event is Friday, July 16 from 10am to 11am at Thank You Mommy Wellness Center, 52 6th Street, New Westminster.

Call 604-831-2080 to register (I am told there are only a few spaces left).

Thank You Mommy Wellness offers group fitness classes in New Westminster for pregnant women as well as exercises new mums can do with their babies to shed pregnancy weight.

  1. “the easiest and safest way you can lose the baby quickly and forever” really made me laugh – I think the word “weight” belongs in there somewhere…at least, I hope so.

  2. Chris: thanks for catching that (kinda awesome) typo. I've (finally) corrected it in the post.
